Absolutely top stay!
We arrived a night earlier and were able to enjoy an extra night in our lovely, clean mountain lodge. It was very tastefully decorated, complete, and neat. The terrace was lovely, with seating and a hammock overlooking nature (you can even spot proboscis monkeys from there!). The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. Free access to the beautiful hot springs with sauna and mud bath. Delicious food in the various restaurants, and the view of the sunset is priceless!

Perfect!
The food was tasty, and the cabin was fantastic — spacious, clean, modern, and cozy. The service was excellent: everyone was very helpful, attentive, and willing to go out of their way.
El Mirador Restaurant offers stunning views and is perfect to hang out at — not only for sunset.
The hanging bridges were fun and free to access, as were the hot springs! The tractor ride to get there was adventurous but fun and special.

Beautiful lodge with great staff
Beautiful eco-lodge with lots of animals and lovely bungalows. Great shuttle service to the warm springs in the rainforest. Dreamlike! Everything was perfect here: staff, food, hospitality, and information. After a two-week tour of Costa Rica, we can rate this accommodation as one of the best. It’s a shame we were only there for a short time.

The team at the property was excellent
The property is accessed via an unpaved road, which was challenging for our small rental car, but it made it through. The facilities are very good. I tried the canopy walk, river slide, zip line, and hot springs, all of which were excellent. The evening meals were of a high standard, especially considering that all the food must be transported a long way. Breakfast was good, although it didn’t quite match the level of the evening meals. We had a great two-day stay and would highly recommend this place.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Some spoke perfect English, while others spoke less, which gave me the chance to practice my Spanish — a win-win! What stood out most was how genuinely kind and hospitable everyone was. Your safety and comfort are clearly a top priority here.
They even have motion-sensor cameras throughout the excursions capturing candid photos, which is such a thoughtful touch.

Paradise in Guanacaste for adventure (and relaxation) lovers!
I loved the place from the moment I arrived. I came for two nights and ended up staying five! You can’t get bored here. I did horseback riding, the three waterfalls (super fun!), hot springs, sauna, mud bath, waterslide, nature walks (animals everywhere), massages, and enjoyed the pool — and I still couldn’t do everything the place has to offer.
The food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Unforgettable Experience
The place is spectacular! We enjoyed the hot springs, hiking, and canopy.
For the canopy experience, we were greeted by Leo and Elvi, who were not only professional but also very kind and attentive with the children. They explained every safety measure clearly and built great rapport, helping the kids feel confident and safe to enjoy the adventure to the fullest.
At the restaurant, Víctor and Arturo gave us exceptional service — very friendly, attentive, and always focused on every detail to make our experience perfect. The food was also delicious.
We definitely recommend this place 100%!
